Returns and Warranty
We know that finding just the right baby carrier and color you want for your style can sometimes be tough so we try to make returning or exchanging simple.
Please keep in mind that it may take a few tries for you and baby to get that “just right” feeling in our wrap. We offer one-on-one tutorials with an in-house baby wearing educator to make this possible via FaceTime and Skype.
Simply email us at email@example.com and let us know what's up. We will respond within 24-hours.
All requests for returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- Carrier is new and unused, we know you need to try it out with baby, so by unused we mean unwashed.
- Carrier is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.
- The product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product shows signs of wear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”. Due to fast shipping times, we cannot cancel orders that have been placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
