Please keep in mind that it may take a few tries for you and baby to get that “just right” feeling in our wrap. We offer one-on-one tutorials with an in-house baby wearing educator to make this possible via FaceTime and Skype.

All requests for returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”. If you are dissatisfied with your color choice, you can request an exchange of color within this time frame. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
