We’ve partnered with Redo to make our return and exchange process completely effortless.
What is Redo?
When you place an order, you’ll see a small option at checkout to add Redo Return Coverage (typically around $1.98–$2.50).

If you opt-in: Your return shipping label is 100% covered. You can return or exchange any item in your order for FREE within our 90-day window.

If you opt-out: You can absolutely still return or exchange your items within 90 days, but you will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label through our portal.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

Standard Shipping: For domestic orders under $75, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6-$10.

Lightweight Shipping: For small items like our milestone cards, we offer USPS First Class shipping for $4.95.

📋 Return & Exchange Policy Guidelines
Whether you purchased Redo coverage or are paying for your own label, all requests for refunds and exchanges must meet the following safety and quality requirements:

Unwashed & Unused: We know you need to try the carrier on with your baby, so by "unused," we just mean it has not been washed.

Original Packaging: The carrier must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

No Wear & Tear: Every product is inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage cannot be approved for a refund or exchange.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning a Gift?
If you received a Tuck and Bundle item as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different color or return it for store credit, we’ve got you covered. Email us at hello@tuckandbundleshop.com with the details, and we will take care of the rest!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we jump on processing and shipping your orders as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or address changes once an order is placed. If you notice a mistake, please email us or hop on live chat immediately. We will do our absolute best to catch it before it ships!
What happens if my package is delayed or stuck?
If your tracking info pauses, shows no movement, or is being returned to us, we will work closely with you to investigate. If a package is stuck in transit, we observe a 10-day waiting period to see if it clears. If it remains lost after 10 days, we will gladly ship you a replacement product (a secondary shipping address may be required).
What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I can't find it?
If your tracking states "Delivered" (e.g., to a porch, mailbox, or front office) but you haven't received it:

Please wait 1–2 days, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely.

Check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or property manager to see if it was misplaced.

Please note: Tuck and Bundle is not responsible for items with tracking confirmed as delivered. However, we are happy to help you file an official claim with USPS or UPS over email to help locate your package.
How do Pre-Orders work?
We are a small business! When an item is marked "PRE-ORDER," it means the wrap is currently in production right here in California, and we are working hard to finish manufacturing and get it to our warehouse.

A pre-order is a guaranteed order, not a waitlist.

You can verify if your item is a pre-order by reviewing the product page, checkout screen, and your email confirmation.

Need to change your mind? Pre-orders can easily be cancelled or swapped for a different color anytime before the scheduled pre-order ship date. Just drop us an email!
