Finding just the right baby carrier and color you want for your style can sometimes be tough so we try to make returning or exchanging simple. Keep in mind that it may take practice for you and baby to get that “just right” feeling in the wrap.  We offer casual 1-on-1 video tutorials through email (crying babies welcome!).
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.
For domestic orders under $75, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 - $8.95. For lightweight products such as milestone cards, we offer USPS First Class shipping at $4.95.
Rates vary based on destination and duties and taxes may be your responsibility upon your order’s arrival. For any questions on your destination feel free to email us at
You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email with tracking information only once your order has shipped. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us. Updates are also available on your account, if you created one at checkout and through the SHOP app.
Returns can be requested up to 90 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”. 
Due to our fast shipping times, we cannot cancel orders that have been placed. If you jump on live chat or email immediately following an order we will do our best to cancel or change an address but cannot guarantee the changes will be made prior to shipping. 
When returning an item for refund, the initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
All requests for returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
  • Carrier is new and unused, we know you need to try it out with baby, so by unused we mean unwashed.
  • Carrier is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.
  • The product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product shows signs of wear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
If you received a Tuck and Bundle item purchased from our website as a gift and don’t wish to keep it, it can absolutely be returned, credited or simply exchanged for another color. Email us at and we will take it from there!
Delayed Packages: 
If your tracking information shows no movement, returned to us, or simply paused, we will do everything we can to investigate this information and work with you to send a second product out. A 10-day period will be utilized in hopes the package shows up. A second address will be required in order to send a new product. 
Lost of Stolen, or Misplaced Packages: 
If your tracking information shows "delivered" for example, "delivered at front porch, mailbox, garage, front door, front office, etc", please wait a few days and then check with mail carrier, neighbor, property manager, etc, to confirm it was not misplaced.
Tuck and Bundle is not responsible for items with tracking showing "delivered". We can work with you over email to file a claim with your postal service chosen at checkout, i.e. USPS and UPS claims. 
We are a small business so items that state "PRE-ORDER" are simply in production in California and we are doing our best to get them finished and over to our warehouse for shipping.
This is a guaranteed order, it is not a waitlist or notification to purchase. You will know whether or not you purchased a "Pre-order" by reviewing the listing, your email confirmation, and the product description. We do everything in our power to make this information clear.
We know there is a wait for some colors and they sell out fast, so please email us with any questions at all! These orders can be cancelled and colors can be changed by emailing us prior to the Pre-Order date.
